Customer Guidelines

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Trash Patrol USA Residential Customer Service Agreement (tap to view details)

Trash Patrol USA provides scheduled waste collection services (“Services”) as selected during signup. Service frequency, pickup days, acceptable materials, and service areas are determined by the company.

You agree to:

  • Place trash in approved Trash Patrol containers and designated pickup locations
  • Ensure containers are accessible and not blocked on scheduled pickup days
  • Follow all posted or provided guidelines regarding prohibited or hazardous materials
  • Secure animals and remove obstacles that may interfere with service

Trash Patrol USA is not responsible for missed pickups caused by blocked access, improper placement, weather conditions, or unsafe conditions.

You may not place hazardous, toxic, flammable, medical, electronic, construction, or other prohibited waste in containers unless explicitly approved in writing. Violation may result in service suspension or termination without refund.

Trash Patrol USA is not responsible for:

  • Damage to driveways, pavement, landscaping, or surfaces not designed to support service vehicles
  • Items placed on or near containers that are not trash

If payment is required:

  • You authorize Trash Patrol USA to charge the provided payment method
  • Fees are billed according to the selected plan
  • Late or failed payments may result in service interruption
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

Missed pickups must be reported within 24 hours of the scheduled service time. Credits or make-up service are not guaranteed and will be handled at the Company’s discretion.

Trash Patrol USA reserves the right to:

  • Modify pickup schedules due to holidays, weather, equipment issues, or safety concerns
  • Suspend or terminate service for violations of this Agreement
  • Terminate service at any time with reasonable notice

Customers may cancel service subject to 7 day notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trash Patrol USA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Services, including but not limited to missed pickups, odors, pests, or delays.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trash Patrol USA from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Improper waste disposal
  • Unsafe conditions at the pickup location
  • Violation of this Agreement

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
